Meet Luna!

If you follow me on twitter, instagram or any other social media, you'll know that just over a month ago me and my family rescued another pup from the shelter.

Meet Luna the saluki!
She's just over a year old, when we brought her home, she had a cut above her eye, and mange on her ears and paws, and also mites.
We weren't told about her problems but we decided to welcome her home and nurse her back to good health. We had a trial with her for a week, to make sure she fit in with our family, and also got on with Loki.
Luna and Loki get on so well, and are definitely more like brother and sister than boyfriend and girlfriend!

By the end of the week, we decided she was the one for us and we officially welcomed her into the family!

They obviously have their disagreements, but when it comes down to it, they hate being apart.
Luna whimpers and howls and jumps at the door until he comes back from his walk.
And Loki just sits on the pavement and refuses to move, so we've realised it's best to walk them together!

Loki is doing really well, very hyper active - which is another reason we wanted a second dog, to keep him company and to tire him out when they both play.
Luna keeps up with him, which is saying something as he's very fast.
He still enjoys cuddles, and i still can't help but see him as the baby of the family!

I'm Back! (With a Floral Boohoo Playsuit)

I've had a bit of a difficult time over the last few weeks, a lot of it being personal reasons, and it has caused my health to be a bit up and down. So I had a little break, sorted myself out and now i'm feeling much better, and ready to start blogging again!
I've stopped and shut down my youtube channel for the time being, i feel i took too much on, and i've decided it'll be better for me to focus on one thing, rather than multiple things.
I'd like to put all my energy and time into blogging, so expect more beauty reviews, updates on my health, food posts and fashion posts!

I've also been put on a gluten free diet, so i'll be experimenting different recipes and yummy foods to eat, and i'd love to share them with you!

I hope everyone is well, i've been absent from blogging for a while so i can't wait to catch up on all my favourite blogs!

My outfit of the day today is from (as usual.)
This gorgeous flowy floral playsuit is unbelievably comfortable, and i paired it with a slouchy cardigan, also from!
My hat is from Peacocks, I bought it years ago and have only just got round to wearing it! But it's such a gorgeous day, I thought it was the perfect opportunity!

Apologies for the bad quality of my photos, i took them with my good camera but i edited them on my phone and so i had to save them as a smaller size!

I hope you enjoy your week, leave a comment and let me know what you're getting up to!

Lots of love x

Max Factor Face Finity 3 in 1 Foundation

I love trying out foundations, and after being recommended the Max Factor Face Finity All Day Flawless 2 In 1 Foundation by a friend i thought i'd give it a try.
Wow, i ran out of breath just typing the name of this foundation!

I purchased this from for £12,99, and i bought it on a 3 for 2 offer on Max Factor Cosmetics. They always seem to have offers on their make-up, which i'm definitely not complaining about!

Obviously, the thing that held my attention was the fact that this isn't just a foundation, it's also a primer and concealer, who wouldn't want to try this?! It saves so much time.
I wasn't too sure what to expect at first, seeing as Max Factor promised a lot, but i was pleasantly surprised.

It comes in a glass bottle, and a pump. (I hate foundations without pumps)

It primes the skin with a flexi-hold technology that creates a strong yet light film which sits comfortably on your skin. Micro-correctors within the foundation, help defend against sweat and sebum, correcting and maintaining the look whilst preventing shine.
The foundation with SPF20 (bonus!) delivers high coverage and a matte finish.

I found that this foundation stayed on for hours, not quite all day, but long enough for me. It wasn't too heavy, but yet it still provided my skin with high coverage, without making my skin look cakey and dried out.
It did a great job at concealing my my spots and marks, but it didn't do much for under my eyes, so i still applied concealer over this foundation, just for more coverage.

It blends really nicely, i use either the Zoeva silk finish brush, or the buffing brush by Real Techniques to buff it into the skin.
I'm really impressed with this foundation, and i will definitely be purchasing it again!

Have you tried the Max Factor Face Finity Foundation?
